TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Services Provided

We offer professional tree surgery services including climbing, dismantling, tree removal, pruning, planting, stump removal, site assessments, and subcontract climbing. All work is carried out by qualified and insured personnel to a high professional standard.

2. Quotations & Booking

All quotes are valid for 30 days.
Quotes include labour, equipment, waste removal (if agreed), and any specific services listed.
A booking is confirmed once you accept the quote in writing, by email, or verbally.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing if job requirements change.

3. Access & Site Conditions

The client is responsible for providing clear access to the site.
Any hidden issues (e.g. underground services, unstable trees, poor weather) that affect safety may lead to job rescheduling or changes to the work scope.
We may refuse or postpone work if the site is unsafe or unsuitable on arrival.

4. Health & Safety

We take health and safety seriously. Work will be conducted to comply with industry best practices, including relevant legislation.

5. Waste & Clean-Up

All debris created from the job will be removed from site unless agreed otherwise.
If you request to keep wood or woodchip, this will be stacked neatly in an accessible location.
We aim to leave the site clean and tidy upon completion.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice unless otherwise agreed.
We accept bank transfer as our primary payment method.
Late payments may incur additional charges or interest in line with UK Late Payment legislation.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or move your booking.
In the event of unsafe weather or conditions, we may reschedule your job at no extra cost.

8. Insurance & Liability

We are fully insured for public liability and professional indemnity. Copies of insurance documents can be provided on request. We are not liable for pre-existing structural weaknesses or concealed hazards.
